Update with primary focus to fix bugs. Main changes:
- Distributed the latest Silicon Labs drivers for Dive Link, Drak, Matrix and Puck Pro USB interfaces (only on Windows 7/8/10).
- Updated the references to the deploy URLs and to create the feedback for developers tickets through the application .
- Other fixes regarding the logbook parsing with some computers..
